These processes allow us to go deeper to access knowledge from within ourselves-then to feel the wonder and power of this new connection with yourself, guiding you and moving forward. These are powerful and profoundly simple ways to practice coming home to Self.

Together we explore one of the Five Archetypes of Wise Woman, Amazon, Goddess, Alchemist, and Earth Mother each week.

You will learn simple, beautiful yet powerful practices to support you on your Journey. No prior experience with the Archetypes needed.

The depth that comes from exploring the archetypes and how they speak to us is enriching, nourishing at a soul level and inspirational for our whole Being. The practices and meditations plus the pondering of questions which lead us into our silent wisdom can be so profound yet simple. The guidance creates a safety net of love, acceptance and non-judgement so women can surrender to themselves and their own realizations. An ethereal holding like a hug of support from a dear friend (our self) while we be with what is.
